如果是外墙建筑出现了小面积渗水的情况，首先可以将墙面的粉刷铲除，看一下渗水具体的位置，找到之后先用水冲刷干净，再用水不漏给它填补好。

2、大面积渗水

如果出现外墙大面积渗水的情况下，一样也是先用水将外墙的杂质冲刷干净，等待一段时间，干燥之后再使用聚合物水泥砂浆对裂缝进行勾缝处理，施工前需要注意材料的一个配比，切不可出错。

3、框架梁底漏水

框架梁底漏水的时候，先把框架梁底的漏水处的装修层用铲子铲除，找到真正漏水的那个缝隙，然后再用水泥砂浆做好缝隙填充，等待干燥之后再刷上一层防水层，最后再做上外墙的装修面。
